Thank you for choosing to advertise on the Great Indian Startup Wall. Due to the unique digital nature of our service—reserving limited, permanent digital real estate—we enforce a strict refund policy.

1. General Rule

All purchases of pixel space on our platform are considered final. Once a pixel block is purchased, the space is permanently reserved for your brand, making it unavailable to other potential buyers.

2. When Refunds Are Applicable

We will only issue a 100% refund under the following specific circumstances:

• Technical Failure: If a system error prevents you from uploading your logo or linking your URL, and our technical team is unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours of you reporting it.
• Pre-Upload Cancellation: If you request a cancellation before you have used the unique link to upload your logo and activate your pixels. Once the logo is uploaded and live on the board, this option is void.

3. When Refunds Are Not Applicable

We do not offer refunds, partial or full, for any of the following reasons:

• You change your mind after the logo and link have been published.
• Your website experiences downtime, or you change your domain name.
• You do not receive the expected amount of web traffic or clicks from our board.
• We remove your logo and link because they violate our Terms and Conditions (e.g., linking to illegal, explicit, or malicious content).

4. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund for an eligible reason, please contact us at greatindianstartupwall.gmail.com with your Order ID and payment receipt. Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on the payment gateway (e.g., PayU, Razorpay).
