1. The Service
The Great Indian Startup Board allows businesses and individuals to purchase digital space (pixels) to display a logo and a hyperlink to a designated webpage. The minimum purchasable space is a 10×10 pixel block.
2. Content Guidelines and Restrictions
By uploading your image and URL, you warrant that you have the legal right to use the provided branding. You strictly agree not to link to or display content that:
- Contains pornography, explicit adult content, or highly offensive material.
- Promotes illegal activities, gambling, hate speech, or violence.
- Contains malware, phishing scams, or malicious code.
- Infringes on third-party copyrights or trademarks.
Sun Enterprises reserves the right to review, reject, or permanently remove any image or link that violates these guidelines without issuing a refund.
3. Permanence and Website Lifespan
Our goal is to keep the Great Indian Startup Board online and active for as long as the internet allows. However, we guarantee that the board, along with your live pixels, will remain online for a minimum of [Insert Number, e.g., 3 or 5] years from the date of launch.
4. Modification of Links
Once a pixel block is purchased and the logo/URL is uploaded, it is considered permanent. If you need to update your target URL in the future due to a company rebranding or domain change, a small administrative fee may apply.

The pixels are sold as digital art and advertising space. Sun Enterprises does not guarantee any specific amount of traffic, sales, or clicks to your website. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or any downtime our server may experience.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms, the website, or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Erode, Tamil Nadu.
